We would like to invite you and your group to enjoy Ski Santa Fe. The city of Santa Fe's diverse culture and history provide visitors with an unforgettable experience. A 400-year old plaza, museums, galleries and distinctive restaurants are just part of what makes Santa Fe unique.

Just 30 minutes from Santa Fe, Ski Santa Fe offers a wide variety of terrain for all ski/snowboard abilities. Ski Santa Fe has a vertical rise of 1,725 feet and is one of the highest ski areas in North America. You will find something for all members of your group on our 72 trails (20% beginner, 40% intermediate and 40% advanced). Ski Santa Fe has 7 lifts accessing this diverse terrain, a PSIA certified ski school, Chipmunk Corner (our "one stop kid drop" children's facility, serving ages 3 months to 11 years), cafe, outdoor grill, mid-mountain grill and lounge.

Group Policies

To qualify for group rates your group must have 15 or more skiers/snowboarders skiing on the same dates. In addition, there must be one organizer to work with the group sales and one method of payment for the group. You will receive discounts on lift tickets, lessons, rentals, children's ski school and much more. Each group will receive one complimentary lift ticket for every 15-lift tickets purchased. You may also receive complimentary rentals and lessons provided that your group purchases rentals and lessons. The group sales staff would like to help you during your planning and coordination efforts. We ask that you contact our office at least two (2) weeks prior to your arrival with preliminary numbers for your group. In Town Pick Up

Beginning in 2008, we offer your group the opportunity to pick up pre-ordered lift tickets, rental vouchers and lesson vouchers at our in town office located at 2209 Brothers Road, Suite 220, in Santa Fe.  This will aid in the smoth distribution of the tickets and vouchers to the proper recipient.  Arrangements for an in town pick-up must be requested at the time of your order.  We are hoping that this added layer of convenience will make your group ski trip an even greater experience.

Rentals

Our rental fleet has been expanded to meet all your needs. We offer a basic rental package of skis, boots and poles, from makers such as Rossignol, K-2 and Salomon.  We have high performance ski equipment packages, as well as snowboards/boots packages from Salomon, Burton and more.  Multi-day rentals are available. Some say that the hardest part of a day on the mountain is the rental shop. Let us make it as easy as possible. There is a refundable $350 deposit on all high performance skis packages and the snowboard/boot packages.

Lessons

Our PSIA certified snow sports school provides group lessons for "never ever" skiers, age 11 and older and never ever snowboarders, age 8 and up, as well as, those intermediates in your group who may need to hone up on their skills. Reservations are not required for our group lessons, but they arerequired for private lessons. There are no discounts available on private lessons.  Group lessons go out every day at 10:00 am, 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm. Ski Santa Fe is the first Burton Learn to Ride Center in New Mexico.  Using proven instruction methods and Burton equipment created specifically for beginners is a specialized program for those seeking to progress to the next level.

Chipmunk Corner

Our children's facility is full service, offering separate ticketing, rentals, lunchroom, playroom and restrooms. The outdoor learning area includes a fenced children's ski, snowboard and snow play area complete with it's own conveyor lift. Ski lessons are offered to children ages 3-11, and snowboard lessons for ages 6-9.  All children must be toilet trained (absolutely no diapers or pull-ups allowed). Children's instructors receive special training designed specifically for children. Chipmunk Corner also offers daycare for children 3 months to 3 years old. 3 and 4 year olds may participate in both snow play and ski lessons. Reservations are required for Chipmunk Corner as space is limited. If you have guests in this age group, please call the Group Sales Staff as soon as possible, so we may assist you with your reservations.  No group discount is available for daycare by the hour.

Food and Beverage

Ski Santa Fe offers reasonably priced breakfast and lunch menus.  Arrangements can be made for your group to receive a lunch or breakfast coupon for a fixed amount and covering specific menu items.  If this is a service for your group, please contact the group sales office and we can hlep make the arangements.

Lockers

We have ski, snowboard and boot lockers at the ski area.  These lockers cost $.75 per use and are on a first come first serve basis.

Daily Snow Reporting

Receive our snow report daily, while making your group plans.  Please go to our snow report page here, there you will find a spot to sign up for this service.  Watch the snow accumulate with each storm.

The following conditions apply in order for your group to be eligible for group rates:

1. A minimum of 15 or more skiers skiing on the same dates.
2. One organizer to work with ski area staff and one payment for each group.
3. Advance notice of 14 days or more.
4. Rates include all taxes and fees.
