If the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Pandemic situation improves, will Ski Santa Fe reopen?
Ski Santa Fe will not reopen this winter season. We plan to open as usual for fall chair in September, see you then!
How does the closure impact my season pass?
2019-2020 season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable to another season. We have had a great season with 109 fantastic days of skiing and riding and thank all our guests for joining us on the slopes this winter. The season ended earlier than planned and in an effort to say thank you to our Season Pass holders, we have already decided on a price freeze on Season Passes and the Peak Plus Card for next season.
Can I receive a refund on multi-day tickets or 6 Pack of Fun with unused days?
Multi-day tickets and 6 Pack of Fun that were purchased can be refunded for days that were not used. The refunding of unused portions of 6 packs of fun, not used by April 5, has been suspended until we will be working with refunds again in the fall. Please email Skier Services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are my refund options for other mountain products purchased?
For Private Lessons refunds please email us at email@example.com. For Chipmunk Corner refunds, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds have been suspended until we will be working with refunds again in the fall.
Will uphill travel be allowed with the resort closed?
Ski Santa Fe is requesting that skiers, hikers and others NOT recreate with-in the permit area of Ski Santa Fe. These measures will help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and just as important will reduce the potential for injuries that could put an additional strain on our emergency departments. As with all non-essential businesses in New Mexico we are closed and ask our community to stay home.
What impacts will this have on future resort operations?
It is too early to determine impacts of COVID-19 beyond our current situation.
When will I be able to access my locker to pick up my equipment?

Will Ski Santa Fe be open to return rental equipment?
Please contact Skier Services at firstname.lastname@example.org to organize drop off.
Where will Ski Santa Fe post new information or updates?
Any new information will be communicated via our website, social media channels and email.
Will restrooms be open for the public?
Due to the COVID-19 situation, the restrooms (and La Casa Lodge) will be closed starting Friday, March 20.
