The work doesn’t stop once the snow melts off… Our team has been hard at work this summer replacing the Easy Street Beginner Double with the old Super Chief Quad, which was replaced last summer. With wider chairs and more room for families to ride together, the new lift will serve the Easy Street Beginner Area. 

Work began early summer as our team laid the groundwork for the project. New towers will be placed, so holes for seven new footers were dug. Frames were assembled and placed, and with the assistance of a Sikorsky Black Hawk helicopter, new tower pads were poured. Towers and heads are scheduled for installation over the next couple of weeks, putting us well on schedule to have the lift inspected and running on Opening Day.
